About the Therapist

I’m Meghan Kershinar, a Licensed Associate Counselor offering trauma-informed, integrative therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My work is grounded in attachment-based care and a deep respect for the nervous system and the pace at which healing unfolds.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, understood, and supported as whole people — not rushed or pressured to change.

Services Offered

  • Two people sitting and holding hands, one wearing a denim jacket and gray shirt, the other wearing black clothing, in a dark setting.

    Individual Counseling

Support for anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and life transitions, with an emphasis on understanding patterns and building greater emotional safety.

  • A forest path during sunrise or sunset with sunlight filtering through the trees.

    Trauma & EMDR Therapy

Trauma-informed EMDR therapy to help process distressing experiences and reduce the impact of past events, paced thoughtfully and collaboratively.

  • A child sitting on a white textured blanket surrounded by toys, stuffed animals, and play items, with a jar of colorful star-shaped objects, a basket of foam shapes, and a Japanese activity book nearby.

    Child & Family Therapy

Children communicate through behavior, play and emotion. I help families better understand what their child is expressing and support healthier patterns of connection, regulation and trust within the family system.

  • A woman standing outdoors with her eyes closed, facing the sky and touching her neck, with mountains and a few trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

    Faith- Based Counseling

Faith-Based counseling is available when requested and integrated in a respectful, client-led way when it feels supportive to the client’s healing process.
